These Terms of Use govern use of the AeroFree Aviation Classifieds website. By accessing the website or publishing a listing, you agree to the terms below. Our goal is to keep an organized and reliable website for everyone. Listings or accounts that do not comply with these terms may therefore be refused or removed at our team's discretion.

1. About AeroFree

  • AeroFree is a free aviation-classifieds platform that connects buyers and sellers.
  • We act solely as a provider of space for third-party listings. We do not take part in negotiations, do not profit from them and do not guarantee or endorse any transaction — responsibility always lies with the buyer and seller.
  • We do not review listing content in advance and therefore do not guarantee the legality, reliability or quality of the advertised items and services.

2. Advertiser Types

  • Individual: a natural person listing personal property.
  • Professional: a natural person or legal entity intending to resell.
  • Your account is automatically reclassified as Professional when it exceeds 5 listings in the same category or 10 listings in total.
  • There is no per-user listing limit, subject to the plan purchased.

3. Listing Rules

  • One product or service per listing, published in the correct category.
  • The title must describe the product or service, without links, company names or people's names.
  • The description may not contain links, email addresses or references to competing websites.
  • Listings must be written in Portuguese.
  • Images must show the product or service itself — company logos and personal photos are not allowed.
  • Listings for products or services located outside Brazil are not allowed.
  • Publishing the same listing more than once is prohibited.
  • Advertised services must comply with the laws and professional rules that apply to them.
  • The website is intended for genuine listings and may not be used for generic advertising.

4. Prohibited Content

  • Illegal, pirated, smuggled or counterfeit products or services.
  • Endangered animals or animals subject to prohibited hunting.
  • Content offensive to ethnic or religious groups, or public figures.
  • Multi-level marketing or “make money online” schemes — these result in automatic banning.

5. Plans, Highlights and Payments

  • You may publish under the free plan or paid plans, with optional extra features (highlighting, priority, video and others). Prices and terms are shown on the Prices page.
  • If an account is banned for breaching these terms, amounts already paid for plans, highlights or banners are not refunded, regardless of the reason for the ban.

6. Moderation and Penalties

  • Listings or accounts that do not comply with these terms may be removed without prior notice.
  • In cases of repeated or serious violations, the user's email address may be permanently banned from the website.
  • Compliance with these rules is assessed by the AeroFree team.

7. Support

  • AeroFree is a free website maintained by an independent group, without a formal customer-service channel, telephone line or support team.
  • Password recovery and listing access are handled through the website's automatic tools (see the Help page).
  • We do not answer emails requesting this type of manual support.

8. Warning: Scams

AeroFree never calls users asking for validation codes or similar information. Any such contact is a scam attempt using the website's name — be suspicious and do not provide your information.
